Evaluation of failure fraction for high burnup High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactor fuel

چکیده
In high temperature gas-cooled reactors (HTGRs), Tri-isotropic (TRISO)-coated fuel particles are employed as fuel. the burnup coated particle, stress due to fission gas pressure and irradiation-induced pyrolytic carbon (PyC) shrinkage is introduced into coating layers consequently could cause failure of under irradiation condition. A model has developed predict fraction TRISO-coated particle irradiation. model, probability strongly dependent on characteristics PyC. This paper describes outline evaluation result experiment by model.
